From the policy perspective, China attaches great importance to intellectual property protection work and considers it an essential part of the innovation-driven development strategy. At the beginning of 2025, the State Council issued the 14th Five-Year National Plan for Intellectual Property Protection and Utilization, clarifying the main goals and tasks of intellectual property protection in the next five years.
