If any shortages or damages are found, photos should be taken as evidence and solutions negotiated with the carrier. It is worth noting that safety should also be observed during the unloading process to avoid rough handling that could cause secondary damage to the goods.

Finally, after completing delivery, both parties need to jointly fill out settlement documents, clearly detailing all expenses, including freight charges, insurance fees, and any additional items.
