If the seller agrees to the return, Lazada will arrange for a courier to pick up the item; if rejected, the buyer must negotiate a solution with the seller.
It is worth noting that Lazada encourages both parties to resolve disputes amicably. When conflicts arise, buyers can contact customer service for assistance. The customer service team will respond promptly during working hours and provide professional advice and support. Additionally, to ensure transaction security, Lazada has introduced a payment guarantee mechanism. This means that funds will not be directly transferred to the seller until the buyer confirms receipt, thereby effectively reducing transaction risks.
Recently, Lazada has launched a series of optimization measures to enhance user experience. For instance, the return review time has been shortened from 5 working days to 3 working days; more product types are now eligible for returns; and the entire return process has been simplified. These improvements have received recognition from many users and further strengthened the platform's trustworthiness and competitiveness.
